When we finally found THE house, she warned me (first time buyer) that the process was going to be long, hard, and stressful at times, but it would be worth it. She was right, but throughout the process Lisa was extremely responsive, always willing to go to the house on a whim if needed, provided the necessary contacts for inspections, contracting bids, information on the neighborhood etc. and again, always gave us the option to walk away and find a different house if we changed our minds (which is so refreshing to not have pressure with such a big purchase).
