“Lisa guided us through a Bank-Owned/REO foreclosure: Pros: Fantastic price and no haggles/quibbles with the bank. Cons: Banks move VERY slowly and become a black hole leading up to close. Expect zero customer service from the bank or from the title company the bank chooses. Lisa has vast experience with foreclosures. She knows Tahoe and can get her end done quickly. However, 99% of the “time" is waiting for the bank or title company. Lisa kept me informed via text (short & crisp communications which I prefer).
